The Neighbor to Neighbor Program has been helping local customers facing temporary financial hardship pay their electric bills since 1990. Through donations from caring customers and employees, matched dollar-for-dollar by Northern Wasco County PUD, the program keeps the lights on for neighbors who fall through the cracks of other assistance programs.

Make a cash or check donation payable to 'Neighbor to Neighbor' and mail to 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR 97058 — or drop in a payment box at the PUD office or the East 3rd Street location near City Hall.
