Mission

The mission of Child Beyond International is to share God’s love so that lives are transformed and families restored through a thriving children’s home and relational mission experiences that support effective community programs.

Vision

Our vision is to see every vulnerable child in Guatemala rescued from abuse, neglect, and abandonment, restored through the transforming love of Jesus Christ, and welcomed into a safe, loving family where they can thrive. Through God's grace, we seek to break the cycle of brokenness, strengthen families, and lift children to new life in Christ.

About

Founded in Hood River, Oregon, Child Beyond International is a Christ centered nonprofit ministry dedicated to rescuing, restoring, releasing, and reinforcing the lives of vulnerable children in Guatemala. Through God’s Grace Children’s Home, we provide a safe, loving environment where children rescued from abuse, neglect, and abandonment receive physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Our mission teams serve alongside local churches and communities, sharing the love of Jesus through home construction, medical clinics, children’s programs, and community outreach. Rooted in the Columbia Gorge, we connect churches, families, and supporters with opportunities to make a lasting difference in Guatemala. Together, we are transforming lives, strengthening families, and bringing hope to children and families in need, lifting them to new life in Christ.

God's Grace Children's Home

We rescue children from abuse, neglect, and abandonment, providing a safe, loving home where they receive physical, emotional, and spiritual care. Our goal is to restore each child to a safe, permanent family.

Mission Teams Ministry

Our mission teams bring hope to children and families in Guatemala through home construction, medical clinics, clean water projects, children's programs, and community outreach. Together, we share Christ's love in meaningful, life changing ways.

Family Restoration & Community Outreach

We work to strengthen families, support children returning to safe homes, and partner with local churches to bring lasting hope, healing, and stability to communities in need.
